Trident
Supply Company was started in 1983, with the primary
focus being to take care of the hose assemblies
for the marine industry, specifically the Navy
in Jacksonville. By 1986, we realized the need
for a company that centered around walk-in trade.
There were plenty of companies that were more
than willing to take care of the big businesses
in town, but there was not any focused on the
smaller guys. We |

to promote our counter abilities to the industry
and it became our main focal point very quickly.
Growing quickly, in 1988 we moved into our own
building. |
We look at every customer's problem
as an opportunity for Trident Supply Company and do
everything in our power to make sure we take care
of them in a manner that will bring them back.
By 1996, we had another building
built and moved into our new location. In 1999, in
an effort to better service our customers we put our
first service truck on the road. This is basically
a mobile hydraulic hose and fittings shop. We can
go directly to our customer's problems and fix them
on site. This did well enough for us that in 2001,
we put a second truck on the road. We also opened
a branch in Valdosta Georgia in June 2001. In 2003,
we put a third service truck on the road. We constantly
look at how we are servicing our customers and what
we could do to improve.
We have a team of excellent employees
many of which have been with us for more than 10 years.
Experience is a huge factor that is of great benefit
to the customer. We can identify just about any hydraulic
hose or fitting need they may have and come up with
a solution.
The second part of that which is
equally important are the product lines we stock.
We are an Eaton Aeroquip Hydraulic Hose Fittings and
Adapters, Boston Industrial Hose, Weatherhead Brass,
Hansen
Quick Disconnects, Dixon Valve and Couplings,
Kuriyama
Industrial Hose and Fittings, Campbell Industrial
Fittings as well as many other quality lines distributor.
By offering quality products and
service the customers can feel confident that they
are going to be taken care of properly. We also have
3 locations and 3 service trucks by which to pull
inventory to help satisfy customer needs. Three other
areas that we specialize in are welded
metal hose assemblies, gasket material and cut
gaskets. Other companies can provide these services
by getting product in from out of town, but we have
a qualified metal hose assembler and a gasket press
in Jacksonville as well as our Valdosta , Georgia
store. This gives us the ability to offer same day
service on rush orders.
Our years of experience are probably
our greatest attribute. We have two gentlemen with
over 30 years of experience each. We have six people
with over 20 years of experience. All this experience
is very helpful in identifying the customer needs.
2005 marks 22 years Trident Supply Company has been
in business. We are never satisfied with just maintaining
and are constantly pushing to get better in all areas
of business.
